Q: Is there a travel fee?
A: Yes, for smaller events,
we unfortunately have to charge a fee due to the high cost of fuel to offset
our costs. We charge a travel fee of $1.00 per mile for any location further
than 50 miles round trip form North Tustin. We use mapquest.com to
verify the
distance.
Q: What about a deposit?
A: We do require a $100.00
refundable deposit to reserve all parties. $250.00 for larger events.
It will be refunded in full if you decide to cancel for any reason 30 or more
days before your event. If you cancel for any reason within 29 days of your
event your deposit will be become non-refundable. If Parties are booked less
than 30 days in advance the deposit is not refundable.
You will have up to 1 year to apply the deposit to your rescheduled party or
another event.
Q: How soon must I turn in
the deposit?
A: As a courtesy we will
hold your party date for 5 business days from the time you book
your party. If your deposit and contract are not received in our office by
the close of
business on the 5th business day your reservation will automatically cancel
and your
party will be removed from our calendar. We often have clients on "stand" by
for dates so
we must advise you to send the deposit in by your deadline. We do accept
credit cards or
the deposit via Pay Pal on our reservations page.....You can pay online, or
over the phone.
Q: How do I pay the
remaining balance?
A: The balance may be paid
the day of the party, upon our arrival . We give a $50.00 credit to events
which are prepaid in full prior to the event date. We can take all types of
payment on site.
Q: Are you insured?
A: We are fully insured and
licensed with the USDA. We meet and exceed all of the
requirements of the Animal Welfare Act and operate under the guidelines of the
Centers
for Disease Control.
Q: When do you arrive?
A: For pony rides only we
allow 15-25 minutes for set up. For petting zoo parties we allow
between 30 and 40 minutes for set up.

Saturdays and Sundays
book well in advance.....so please call early. There is always a chance that
a date will be
open, so don't hesitate to email us and inquire.
Q: What areas do you
service?
A: Orange county and
surrounding counties We also travel further for large
venues.
Q: We
are planning a large festival, do you offer discounts for Churches, etc?

Q: We are having a pool
party too, is that OK?
A: Wet Bathing Suits: If
you are also having a water slide / pool party on the day of your
event, please make sure that all of the children are dry before riding the
pony. Wet
bathing suits will not be allowed on the saddle.
Q: Will the animals eat my
trees, etc?
A: Yes, if the set up area
is near or in an area with vegetation they will eat it. Animals
love flowers, etc....Please note we are not responsible for damage to people,
property,
trees, branches, bushes, grass, flowers, sprinkler heads, potted plants, etc.
It is up to
you to find a safe, level, preferably grassy area for our set up. If we need
to set up on
pavement we may charge an additional fee for the bedding and the extra time it
requires to
clean up.
