 Kindness to Animals

A petting zoo should be fun for kids and their parents. It must also be safe and low-stress for the animals. Children who are old enough to know better and insist on chasing, kicking, pinching, hitting, throwing, screaming at, or in any way tormenting the animals, will have one or two chances to cool it, and will then be asked to leave if they choose not to obey the rules. Our attendants (and our animals) are very patient and forgiving with kids that need a little help being gentle animals handlers, but meanness and bullying will not be tolerated.

 

    We do require a $100.00 refundable deposit to reserve all parties. $250.00 for larger events.  It will be refunded in full if you decide to cancel for any reason 30 or more days before your event. If you cancel for any reason within 29 days of your event your deposit will be become non-refundable. If Parties are booked less than 30 days in advance the deposit is not refundable.
You will have up to 1 year to apply the deposit to your rescheduled party or another event.
 
   As a courtesy we will hold your party date for 5 business days from the time you book  your party.  If your deposit and contract are not received in our office by the close of  business on the 5rd business day your reservation will automatically cancel and your
party will be removed from our calendar.  We often have clients on "stand" by for dates so  we must advise you to send the deposit in by your deadline.  We do accept credit cards or the deposit via Pay Pal on our reservations page.....You can pay online, or over the phone.

    The balance may be paid the day of the party, upon our arrival . We give a $50.00 credit to large events which are prepaid in full prior to the event date. We can take all types of payment on site.

We are fully insured and licensed with the USDA. We meet and exceed all of the  requirements of the Animal Welfare Act and operate under the guidelines of the Centers
for Disease Control.

Due to the increase in insurance cost we will charge an extra $100.00 fee for locations requiring and addition certificate of insurance, such as public parks.

Due to the high cost of fuel now we must charge a fee to offset our costs for smaller events. We charge a travel fee of $1.00 per mile for any location further than 50 miles round trip form  North Tustin. We use mapquest.com to verify the distance. Please contact us for details on your event.
